Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy alternative.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
